As soon as the sun is shining, to me, its okay to fire up the grill which means less mess in the kitchen! But before I get to that, I had a wonderful food find at the store on my way home from work!
I heard about Western Bagels a few years ago when they were sweeping the Weight Watchers bulletin boards. I think they have a one point bagel if I am not mistaken. But they were never around by us, and I couldn’t justify the shipping costs! Each pita comes in at 130, 1 fat 25, carbs, 4 fiber and 1 protein. For those of you in the Chicagoland area, I got this at Dominick’s. Score!
I found this ravioli at our local ethnic grocery store and immediately bought it because of the serving size and how low in carbs the ravioli were:
