So everything together comes in at 440 calories, 13 fat and 63 carbs. Since this is high in carbs and sometimes it takes me a while to eat my lunch, I’ve learned to take 1/2 the amount of insulin while I eat half, then give myself a second dose – seems to work! My 30 blood sugar level is 114!
So I realized that Hannah was going to be home because its spring break and she brought me work out clothes. Thanks Hanners! I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, 5 minutes of abs and 5 minutes of stretching.
