The corned beef I used was Boar’s Head and 2 ounces comes in at 90 calories and its delicious! So compared to an Arby’s corned beef sandwich, this is significantly less – theirs tops in at 590 calories, 32 grams of fat and 55 carbs!
Got to run, I went to an upscale gourmet shop at lunch that is closing the retail side of their business – got some great deals! I’ll post them with dinner. Come on back for lightened up enchiladas for dinner!
Love corned beef any day of the week! Boar’s head had some good coldcuts that’s for sure.
yum, i love the whole sandwich platter display!
fyi, your tea came back to me today with not enough postage … weird because all of the others mailed successfully! but don’t worry, i gave it an extra stamp and it will be back on its way to you tomorrow 🙂
Ooh, I live for Boar’s Head. Your sammie looks like it’s worth 50g of fat, but it’s quite a treat for so few fat grams and calories! Well done.
what a yummy looking sammy!
Wow, what a great sandwich, and love that it’s low on the calorie side!! What a treat!
Awesome sammie for less than 300 cals! It’s amazing how much and how tasty of a thing you can eat for 300 cals.
OMG I LOVE REUBENS!!!!
I eat turkey ones all the time… so super good!
Random discovery today, huh??
That is one monster sandwich. I’ve been hungry all day and looking at that just made my mouth water A LOT:)
I so want a grilled cheese now! I love Boars Head Meat!
What a great lunch! Can’t wait to see what deals you snagged 🙂
I never thought i would love sourkrout…Not that i know how to spell it =)
I tried it on a hot dog with guacamole, salsa, and mayo, and suddenly the hot dog was a gourmet sausage. I can’t imagine what flavor it would add to Sammie with roast beef.
My favorite sandwich is definitely a reuben! Except veggie version of course 😉
Oh my gosh, super delicious!
I could eat a Reuben sandwich (preferably turkey) every single day for the rest of my life! 🙂
I love your blog! I just added it to my favorites. =D

That looks delish! I have never had corned beef but I am always tempted to try it.
