Mystery solved!
I heart corned beef. It’s probably my favorite deli meat, which makes the best sandwich ever invented – The Reuben. I could have sworn I had sauerkraut at home to make a healthier version, but I couldn’t find it.
Instead I had corned beef with muenster cheese, stone ground mustard and spinach on a low carb wrap (with 7 grams of fiber!)
My sides:
My cough is still with me! After two rounds of the Z-pak, I am no better than I was two weeks ago. So I am leaving work early to go to the doctor. But come back tonight for Oven Fried Chicken and Potato Skins!
wow you lunch looks amazing!! all so fresh and healthy
did the chobani taste better because it was 10%. I’ve never seen the 10% before.
I bet that Chobani was very thick and creamy! Hope you get feeling better!
I had light laughing cow cheese today too!
Corned beef with meunster actually sounds good.
REUBENS RULE!
Muenster + laughing cow + veggies + tobasco = YUM! Great lunch! Kick the cough to the curb 🙂
First off, i love the variety of color in your vegetables. I once heard from Dr. Chet that having a variety in color helps assure your getting a variety of vitamins in your diet.
Second, the yogurt is a huge reminder to me. My immune system is just out of whack with all the viruses going around. I know a little yogurt every day could help solve that.
Those peppers are so good! I just finished the bag I got. They are really good if you roast them in the oven and add chili powder 🙂

10%?! I always thought that the normal kind was 4%. weird. it’s so creamy though – i like it with raisins.
