I made 1/3 cup dry oats mixed with 2/3 water and 3 ounces diced apples and a splash of cinnamon and brought a sliced orange on the side. After I put that into Calorie King it only came to 212 calories! I checked the fridge at work, and remembered that I had turkey sausage and cottage cheese, so I added that to the mix!
Update: Here’s the brand of sausage – I’ve found it by the bacon in the refrigerator section and also frozen by the waffles.
I am so happy its orange season!
So who watched Biggest Loser last night? I can’t believe the purple team lasted almost five hours on that challenge! And I am glad Blaine got to go home to his new baby.
