I went home for lunch today mainly because I woke up too late this morning to plan my lunch! It’s nice to see Tony too though!
I found these noodles in the refrigerated section where you find the wonton wrappers. They were really good! And one cup only comes in at 210 calories. Just boil water, add for three minutes, STIR (very important step otherwise they really clump together!) and then just add into your stir fry.
I cooked everything at home and brought it to eat at my desk. I reheated it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and as I was putting it in my dish I realized I had no protein! No tofu, chicken or shrimp! Hopefully this will keep me full for a while, we’ll see!
