So I was all set to work out, but at the last second decided I’d better check my blood sugar to see where I was at.  This is what I saw:

 Typically when I work out, my blood sugar drops in half and at that number, there was just no way.  

Good news is there was free food!  Because of the cold, my office ordered pizza in.  This time I ate half of a stuffed spinach pizza – probably set me back about 450 calories or so.

And while the pizza was good, I ate it fast as my blood sugar was sinking, and now my tummy hurts and I have a headache.  Maybe I’ll go pop some ibuprofen!
