Tony is a much better cook than I am! While I can follow a recipe (sometimes!), Tony can see what is in the fridge and make magic. Take a look at this goodness he made for himself:
But Hannah and I had white bean chicken chili baked potatoes!
Underneath my one cup of chili is a 3 ounce baked potato. I am not going to post the recipe yet, because it still needs tweaking. I tweaked a recipe that called for fresh jalapenos, and I substituted my pickled jalapenos. In fact, as soon as I heated it up on the stove Tony and Hannah are like “you can’t smell that?” The vinegar of the pickling changed the taste to make it not so “chili” tasting. It was good, but I think it could be better!
Right now I am watching Biggest Loser and maybe cried a bit when they had their family members surprise them on the Tyra Banks show. Hey, I watch Hallmark movies to cry at the commercials! Don’t judge me!

I’ve always wondered why the field of professional chefs is dominated by men. Is there really something about men cooking? Or is it just one of those inexplicable “that’s the way it’s always been” things?
