Well, we don’t even have Hardee’s around here, but what I made sure does taste like it!
Breakfast:
- 2 (50 calorie) biscuits
- 2 slices well done bacon
- 1 egg, divided
- 4 ounces Pam fried potatos
- 1 slice American cheese, divided
So while this does tip in at 470 calories and 19 grams of fat, the Hardees version is a lot worse! My versions shaves 280 calories and 28 grams of fat – not too bad! Plus, my lunch is lower calorie, so it will all even out.
I almost cut our walk short this morning – it was so windy! But as I was about to turn around, the wind died down and we ended up with a 30 minute walk.
The water close to the bank is already starting to freeze!
BIGGEST LOSER UPDATE:
I can’t believe Amy C. kept Vicky in the house, but maybe she’s starting to play the game too? But Colleen who got voted off looks so great! She went from a size 22 to a size 10! Next week’s show should be interesting . . . my bet for the final biggest loser is Amy C.!

Great breakfast! I keep hearing that a big breakfast is the best way to go. Mine is usually smaller than my other meals so I may have to try that.
