Last nights dinner was okay, I need to tweek it a bit before I post the recipe.  And I forgot to add the potatoes!

Ed was so happy to walk in the trail this morning that he was almost running!  We walked for 30 minutes – cold too, the temp was 29 but it was windy, so maybe it felt like 20?  I didn’t bring a scarf but I could have used one!
