In the Blogger Secret Ingredient – cranberries!  Check it out at www.fitnessista.com.  I made Christmas Morning Biscotti with dried cranberries and green pistachios.  Yum!  I promised Tony I would make some over the weekend, but never got around to it.  I’ll make some tonight!

Monday is a late start for Hannah’s school, so I took advantage and slept in.   I’ll have to take Ed on a long walk after dinner tonight!

Breakfast:  1/3 oats, 2/3 water, 2 tablespoons nuts, seeds & raisin trail mix.
