Good workout at lunch – I was the only one in there so had control over the t.v.! Both Rachael Ray (caught the end of her show) and Cooking for Real made killer macaroni and cheese dishes! But Rachael made a REUBEN MAC N CHEESE! I saw this episode before, but forgot about it. I’ll have to try to make a healthier version of that – it is hands down my favorite sandwich.
Exercise:
- 3 minute warm up
- 2 miute S T R E T C H
- 2 mile run
- 5 minute cool-down
- 5 minute S T R E T C H
I’ve really underestimated the importance of stretching. I am not as sore after working out and I just feel better over all.
Lunch
- 1.5 cups of my homemade cheese soup
- 3 cups salad mix
- 1 tablespoon Annie’s Goddess dressing
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 small gala apple with cinnamon and splenda
BIGGEST LOSER UPDATE!
Did you guys watch the show last night? Shellay (the Wisconsin mom) got voted off and looks fabulous! She started off the show at 219 pounds, and is now down to a size 10 (and hopes to be a size 6 by the finale!). Hopefully her daughter who is left behind on the ranch can keep it together without her mom and do as well.

You know I haven’t been watching this season of the biggest loser, but i have in the past and just love watching the transformation people go through! And re: stretching…yes! Your muscles will thank you and so will your mind 🙂
