so when I mapped my 26 minute run when I got back, it said it was .4 miles!  No way I only went .4 miles in 26 minutes!  So I decided to drive it after work.  I went .95 miles each way (so close to a mile!) before I turned around, so 1.9 miles in 26 minutes!  That is just over 13 minutes a mile!

I almost decided to stay in because it looked like it was about to rain, no one was in the fitness center so I could watch my Food Network, but I am glad I did.  I have only been doing 4.0 mph, or 15 minute miles.  I went faster outdoors!  Now I know I can step it up on the treadmill!  And I am not that concerned now about finishing the 5K anymore.  Yeah!!!

Watching the biggest loser, I guess it’s split between tonight and tomorrow due to the debates tonight.  That’s okay with me – two days of the Biggest Loser!
