again today. It’s hard to get up when the sun isn’t shining, but I woke up to Ed’s face in my face! As soon as I opened my eyes he started heading for the door!
Quick 15 minute walk. The river was moving pretty quick, not sure you can tell in this picture though!
Breakfast:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup hemp milk
- 2 slices Natural Ovens weight sense
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
My plan is to just walk on the treadmill at lunch on an incline since its so icky out, and to give my knees a break after running yesterday. See you at lunch!
When walking Ed, the smell is not the thing you want to notice in the morning. He sometimes leaves up to three lovely gifts.
I thought your river shot was lovely, perhaps a tad drab but lovely just the same.
I am sure Joe was crying over the oatmeal breakfast ???
But the river picture was beautiful. I love sharing your outdoor morning pictures. That was always my favorite time of the day. I can just feel and smell them. As much as I find the sunshine so theraputic, I agree with Charlie, a little overcast day is welcomed down here.
Man, I’d give anything for some overcast weather. It’s bright, bright, bright here. We had a brief relief on Monday (even some rain overnight) but now it’s back to 100% sun, 0% cloud cover.
I cried when i saw that picture
