So my brothers friend John from www.alcoholian.com gave me a recipe for braised short ribs. As my brother says “he is the best amateur cook I know.” Please link to his site to get the full recipe, he deserves all the credit!

This is in one of my stock pots, but I think John is going to mail me his Le Creuset blue stock pot any day now!
