was delicious!  The sweet from the peachy pepper sauce mixed with the crushed red pepper made it delicious!  I ended up making an open faced sandwich.  First layer – sauerkraut!  I love sauerkraut so much I can eat it out of the can cold!

Lunch:

  • 3 ounces pork barbecue
  • 3 ounces sauerkraut
  • 1.5 ounce hamburger bun
  • 3 ounce baby carrot
  • 2 ounce pepper strips
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing for veggie dip
  • 1 cup homemade Taco Soup

I swear that my taco soup is having babies in the deep freeze.  Everytime I open the freezer, there seems to be MORE bags of Taco Soup!  And I’ve been eating it too!  But its still good, so I won’t complain about it!
