was delicious! The sweet from the peachy pepper sauce mixed with the crushed red pepper made it delicious! I ended up making an open faced sandwich. First layer – sauerkraut! I love sauerkraut so much I can eat it out of the can cold!
Lunch:
- 3 ounces pork barbecue
- 3 ounces sauerkraut
- 1.5 ounce hamburger bun
- 3 ounce baby carrot
- 2 ounce pepper strips
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing for veggie dip
- 1 cup homemade Taco Soup
I swear that my taco soup is having babies in the deep freeze. Everytime I open the freezer, there seems to be MORE bags of Taco Soup! And I’ve been eating it too! But its still good, so I won’t complain about it!
Hope to head to the farmers market at lunch, next to last week and I haven’t been yet!

I thought of you over the weekend because Rachel Ray made a rueben sandwhich mac and cheese!! It had corned beef and sauerkraut in it! I thought it sounded gross, but you would probably like it!
