I have exactly 8 minutes left of my lunch break, so this will be quick! Using leftover shrimp, I give you yet another Mexican fiesta!
- 2 tostadas
- 3 oz. grilled garlic shrimp
- 1 oz. chopped orange pepper
- 1 oz. red cabbage
- 2 oz. lettuce
- 1 oz. corn kernals
- 1 cup of homemade Taco Soup
- Mango Tea – yum!
This beats Lean Cuisine any day!
I have really gotten into drinking tea when its chilly outside. My new go to is Mango Green Tea. Are you a tea drinker or only coffee?
GIVEAWAY! Leave a comment and tell me what your favorite tea is and you will be entered into a drawing for a variety pack of Bigelow green teas! Not sure how many “readers” are out there, so your chances are pretty good!
I’ll randomly pick a winner and post it at breakfast tomorrow. GOOD LUCK!
See you at dinner.
Tony, you no suck. Lipton simply CANNOT be beat for iced tea.
Here at work, I have a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Everyone in our group has contributed to the Tea Pile and we’re all free to use whatever we want. Some of it is exotic and in fact I’m positive one of those bags if filled with crack cocaine and shrooms. But when it comes to have a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up, I head down to the break room and grab me a bag of “Ol’ Lipty”. I can brew and ice a fresh glass of tea in 45 seconds.
I love vanilla chai!
I like Lipton…..I suck!
HARNEY AND SONS HOT CINNAMON SPICE!! ahh soo delish
Oooh, that lunch looks yummy, and I don’t even like mexican food!!!
My favorite tea is the Ginger flavor from Yogi Tea. Makes me feels so relaxed and ready to go to bed!!
Oh I love almost any and all teas!!! I have a cup every night, and some during the day 🙂 especially when it’s cold outside. My favorite of all time has to be Two leaves and a bud Jasmine Petal Green Tea, yum! There really is something about the lavender!
To makes sure I qualify for the contest, because I love contests, my favorite tea is: Zhena’s Gypsy Tea Lemon Jasmine Green Tea!
I love Rishi teas, and now that the weather is getting chilly I make their spicy chai blend. I use agave nectar instead of honey to keep the glycemic level down.
TAZO WILD SWEET ORANGE – It is a herbal infusion of lemongrass, citrus herbs, licorice and orange essence.
Or anything with a lemon added.
Nothing like a good cup of tea during the day but it has to be coffee in the morning.
Rhodeygirl – I tagged the taco soup recipe, just hit soup in the categories and you’ll find it. MAKES A LOT!
I definitely prefer tea and drink coffee only in the morning.
Lemon
I love Earl Grey tea!
Although I’ve never had the Lavender Earl Grey Tea someone else mentioned! I’ll have to look out for it!
I love Lavender Earl Grey. It wakes me up and relaxes me at the same time. i love tea so much.
Also, please send me your taco soup recipe. I am very interested.
I love Jasmine tea!! I have been drinking hot tea since I was old enough to hold a mug!
Byt the way I love the idea of the contest! I’ll put give a shout out to it along with a link on my dinner blog entry!
I’m a HUGE tea drinker! I’m not sure what my favorite brand is but whenever I see Jasmine in tea I instantly fall in love. I was at a resteraunt the other night and had a cup of their Jasmine Lavender mint.. I was in heaven! 🙂
I’m a major tea-drinker. My favorite tea is from Lupicia (a Japanese company), and it’s called Choco-Menthe. It tastes like a thin mint. Yum! They also have awesome flavored green teas (these are all looseleaf teas, btw) – like strawberry vanilla and apple. So good. Almost as good as dessert… But not quite 😉
