but it feels like summer!  The mosquitos were out because of all the rain we had, it was warm.  And we had fresh corn on the cob from a roadside stand so that screamed easy BBQ.

I made two half pound burgers and two quarter pound burgers.  Mine was:

  • hamburger bun
  • 1/4 pound burger
  • 1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese
  • 1 slice american cheese
  • pickles
  • corn on the cob
  • baby carrots
I've really gotten good at coals!
