Today is my husband’s birthday – happy birthday sweets!

I didn’t think I would be hungry after the fondue party last night, but around 7:30 I got hungry!

I toasted one of the homemade tortillas – so good that way!  And made another tostada with a side of taco soup:

At the store I finally found the Arnold Sandwich Thins.  For two slices, its 100 calories/1 fat/22 carbs/5 fiber and 4 protein.

Breakfast:

  • 1/2 Arnold sandwich thin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 ounces apple
