When I got home from work last night Tony and Hannah had already done a Chinese food run. I had asked Hannah to make the Artisan bread earlier in the day to make cheese bread to go with the pasta I was going to make last night.
I must have told her the wrong measurements, because she added 4 cups of water instead of three – but she kept adding more flour and it was redeemed. As soon as I walked in and saw the fluffy dough, I knew I was going to make myself a pizza!
This morning I just started going through the fridge to come up with breakfast and lunch.
Breakfast:
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 4 ounce diced plain baked potato
- 1.5 ounces chopped deli ham
- 10 pickled jalapenos, chopped
- 1 ounce Queso
I really like this cheese – very mild!
I recently found this new Propel drink called Propel body + fiber. Its a 24 ounce bottle, my favorite flavor is peach mango, and although it has 60 calories for the whole bottle, it also has 8 grams of fiber!
All together, including the drink, breakfast comes in at 402 calories, 12.5 fat, 17 protein, 56 carbs and 12 fiber!
Morning break is over – come back for lunch – Pork and Spaghetti Squash Stirfry!
hmmm ooh i’ve always been a little scared of fiber in drinks…i mean, where is it?? I’m a visual learner. hahahaha Now you have me wondering if that drink is delicious…:P
P.s. I’m hosting my very own Big Lucky Giveaway and I hope you’ll come check it out!! 🙂

that watermelon looks perfect, too.
Mmmm sweet watermelon. Now that’s good.
Glad the dough turned out! I always get angry when I mess ingredients up (to the point that it usually gets thrown out!).
Your pizza, as always, looks fantastic!
Its so hard to recover when you add the wrong measurements in a recipe and it looks like the dough turned out awesome!!! delicious pizza 😉
Good for her for managing to fix the pizza dough!
