My friend Renee and I went downstairs to do Shred today, only to find out there were NO REMOTES!  No dish remote, t.v. or dvd!

But its gorgeous outside today, so we took a 40 minute walk – it was so refreshing!  And we talked the whole way, so it went by fast! 😀

When I put my lunch into www.calorieking.com, it only came in at 220 calories!  So I borrowed a tablespoon of peanut butter from another co-worker and had thrown an apple in my lunch bag just in case, so altogether lunch is still on the light side: 372 calories, 12 fat and 44 carbs.

1 cup broccoli slaw, 1 cup sliced zucchini, 2 ounces red cabbage, 4 ounces small shrimp, 2 tablespoons House of Tsang Szechwan sauce (so spicy good!) and 1 whole package of tufo noodles

I am still counting down the hours til the BL finale tonight!  Afternoon break is over – come back tonight for Dry Rubbed Grilled Pork Tenderloin and Broccoli Potato Mashed Potates with Smoked Fontina Cheese!
