Yep, it’s Official – I am a YouTuber! Ha!
I’ve been procrastinating for so long about doing videos because I wanted them to look good. I’d watch tutorials on YouTube, would get inspired, and then not do anything. I didn’t know what I was doing.
And then it dawned on me – who cares? My videos are going to be jenky AF, but that’s kind of the beauty of it! My videos will be shitty, but my food is delicious – so it’s a nice balance.
Only one tiny problem – I was so concentrated on making the video, that I wasn’t thinking big picture, and these two photos below (well, a dozen like photos of each of these pics!) are the only photos I have. Doh!
If you love delicata squash as much as I do, you’ll want to make these ravioli – or wontons, whatever you want to call them. They are light, so flavorful and such a light lunch of supper.
