I woke up with a blood sugar of 65 this morning.  Dangit.  See, I don’t like to eat food right when I get up.  I am a coffee on the train, eat breakfast at my desk around 10:00 a.m.

But I had to eat something, so I decided to make a smoothie, but I had to add some carbs to it to raise my blood sugar.  Then it hit me – a Red Velvet Smoothie!

Thanks to Hannah’s awesome organizational skillz, I realized I had a bag of Red Velvet Brownie Mix from Safe + Fair, and I had some Premier Protein – done!

While I love the Red Velvet Brownie Mix as brownies, each brownie is 11 smart points – totally worth the points by the way, but I am trying to get back on track after vacation.  Turns out two tablespoons of the mix is only two smart points, so with the two point Premier Protein, this was a giant 4 point shake.

And guess what guys – my discount code is BACK for July!!  Simply use my code BIZ25 at check out.   I thought I’d give you a recap of some of my favorite products.

The blueberry cinnamon is hands down my favorite, but I love blueberries and the hint of cinnamon.

And the blueberry cinnamon granola isn’t just for parfaits, I made this amazeballs blackened chicken salad with poppy seed dressing and used the granola as crunchy croutons – so good!

And chocolate is a very close second – amazing in a parfait, or these chocolate cherry muffins #swoon

The popcorn quinoa chips can now be bought in a bundle.  You’ll want to get these so you can make my best air fryer popcorn chicken:

I love, love, love the graham crackers – but the cinnamon ones are topping my favorite – I love that they are individually packaged and are 100 calories or 3 smart points each.

You can make my low point fruit tarts with the grahams, no matter which flavor you pick – so good!

They also now have two granola packages in single portions!  The cinnamon and chocolate granola – each 130 calories, which comes in at 5 WW points each, but I count it as 3 – #wwrebel 😀

You can also use the granola in any of the FOUR different granola pizzas I made:

Sweet + Salty Kettle Granola Pizza

Very Berry Granola Pizzette

And while these brownie mixes are high in points, they are are so good.  Great to have on hand if you have family/friends/neighbors who have food allergies:  no peanuts, treat nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, gluten free, can be made vegan (flax egg) and kosher – whew!

Go ahead and check out all their products – my code of Biz25 is good until July 31.   You can find their website here.

Happy Friday friends – make it a great day!
