I have a confession to make – I am not the hugest fan of turkey chili. My buffalo chicken chili? Yep! But not all ground turkey breast – it tastes dry to me, which is weird when you put it in chili. So one way to get in some amazeball flavor is to add some delicious 80/20 beef. Certified Angus Beef ® brand.
Meijer grocery store is the only grocery store by me that carries Certified Angus Beef ® brand. It’s reasonably priced and the farmers and cattle ranchers really, really care about putting out a great quality product.
I am not sure why I’ve never added chipotle peppers to my chili but I think from now on, every recipe will. It lends such a depth of smoky flavor to the chili.

The beef makes this chili – just by adding that 1/2 pound makes all the difference.
You’re welcome with all the pictures of this chili – it’s because I couldn’t decide which ones to use. 😀
Let me know if you make this! Even though it’s almost 60 degrees in Chicago today, the cold is coming back, so we aren’t out of chili eating weather just yet. This also freezes really well too.
Alright, time to hit publish and catch up on Instagram after the outage yesterday – I went 10 hours without Instagram yesterday – the horror!
Happy Thursday friends. Make it a great day and don’t eat like an asshole.
Love, Biz
The chili sounds yummy and look at you finding a way to sneak in some extra flavor. There you go again with the radishes. You use them for so many things. I love it and the pop of color they bring to the dish. Sure wish I had a bowl of that for lunch today. Your Insta stories were missed, glad things are back up and running.
Hey Kym! Jenn and I did so much on our show yesterday at lunch – oh well!
