Ally from Sweet & Savory and I have been blog friends since I think right after she had her first child – and now in a few short years, she just popped out Baby #3!   Although while her first two children have the brightest blonde hair, somehow Baby #3 has dark hair and I keep kidding her about how that kid came out with hair like that!  All three of her kids are happy and healthy, and she has decided to become a stay at home Mom and I couldn’t be happier for her.  Just look at her newest bundle of joy!

I think the reason I like Ally so much is that not only did she use my Baja Fresh Salsa to sell at her local farmers market a four years ago (Ally, I can’t believe you posted that nearly 4 years ago to the day!) but I think she loves cheese just as much as I do.  I didn’t think that was quite possible to tell you the truth.  Don’t believe me?

Check out her Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollups.  I love that you could make a whole casserole dish of these and portion them out for lunches if you have a smaller family – and they freeze well too!

Her Million Dollar Casserole has cream cheese, cottage cheese AND Parmesan cheese – yum!  And for the record, this recipe is from 2012 and her photography skillz have grown leaps and bounds since then!

Her Buffalo Chicken Wonton Bites would be perfect for a crowd, and I would have to think that these would be good at room temperature too.  I loves me anything buffalo!

And holy balls, why haven’t I made this one yet?  Her Smothered Italian chicken over garlic buttered pasta?!  I swoon.

And you all know how I love balls.  And pizza.  I need to make these Pizza Stuffed Meatballs soon!  Maybe even make them with ground white chicken breast?

And she’s got awesome tips for organizing, meal planning, freezer meals, etc.  You can follow her on Facebook – just search Ally’s Sweet & Savory Eats.  Here’s her idea for a baked potato bar:

I hope you check out her blog and Facebook page.  She’s going to be trying to make more money off her blog to offset the income she lost by staying at home with her kids.  Every reader helps her stay home with her kids, which is priceless!

Hope you have a great Thursday!
