Since I did most of the prep work yesterday, all I had to do today was make the marshmallows and the rosemary sea salt bread. But first I started my day with a mini egg sammie – with Frank’s hot sauce in my eggs!
Hannah loves my homemade marshmallows – I use the Food Network recipe and it works like a charm. It only takes about 15 minutes of actual hands on time, then three hours in the refrigerator and you are all set. I usually cut mine in squares, but you could use cookie cutters to make different shapes. You’ll need a candy thermometer.
It will be VERY sticky, so I use a spatula to spread it in the bottom of the pan – there is about 1/2 cup powdered sugar on the bottom.
Then sprinkle another 1/4 to 1/2 cup powdered sugar on top.
I’ll post all the recipes tonight, but my bread looks like it will be amazing – its on the oven right now.
it cooks at 450 degrees for 30 –35 minutes with a pan of hot water underneath to get a nice crispy crust – fingers crossed it works out!
Tony saw this in his Maxim magazine – I thought it was hilarious – Ziggy at 45! Off to check my bread – see you tonight for all the recipes!

I have a STRONG feeling that your bread will be fantastic!
Omg, diabetic Ziggy is like the saddest thing I’ve even seen…but at least he still enjoys rainbows, I guess.
That’s really cool you are making your own!!
