Bake at 425 for 8 minutes (I baked mine closer to 10 and then put it under a low broil for a couple minutes).
I split this pizza in half with my boss – so half of the pizza comes in at 315 calories, 11 fat, 40 carbs, 6 fiber and 18 protein.
While the peppers were flavorful, the black bean sauce could hardly be detected, and I did have to add seasonings to kick it up a notch. It was REALLY thin too, which made for a crispy crust, but it was almost too thin.
Would I buy it again? Probably not. First of all, I think my pizza’s are better if I do say so myself – but if I had another free coupon I probably would!
And, I really could have eaten the whole thing – its a lot smaller than it looks on the package.
Hopefully my side salad will fill me up! No picture, my battery died just as I was taking the picture and now is being charged. – Mixed lettuce, carrot, cucumber, with 1 tablespoon Annie’s dressing.
All together, lunch comes in at 405 calories, 18 fat and 44 carbs. So even after my McD run this morning, I still have approximately 600 calories for dinner – nice!
Lunch break is over – no workout today – I had to stick to my desk, but at least I had time to post my lunch! Come back tonight for Sugo di Carne!
