I got to work early today and showed my friend Renee how easy this dough comes together – we were done in about 2 minutes!
If I have any faithful readers, you know my office has a full kitchen, two microwaves, a stove, fridge, a separate fridge for just pop AND a wine cooler! How cool is that?!
We set the dough in a bowl and two hours later it had doubled in size – my camera batteries were being charged, so no pics of that. I ended up using 1/2 the dough recipe for the pizza and cooked the second half as a loaf of bread.
I always precook my dough on my pizza pan for about 5 minutes – then remove, add toppings and then slide it off into the oven so it just sits on the rack – nice and crispy!
And after the pizza came out, in went the dough to make a loaf of bread:
Alright, afternoon break is over. Come on back for Beer Breaded Fish Tacos!
The pizza looks great B!
Gorgeous pizza!
Oh man, that pizza looks TASTY!
I think lunch and dinner both sound fantastic!
Both the pizza and bread look outstanding! How do you manage to cook so much great stuff and not eat it all? Very commendable! We would not succeed at that. 🙂
We have a full kitchen at work as well, but I would never get that adventuresome to make a whole pizza from scratch here! Way to go 😀
I bet the whole office was hating you for creating those smells during lunch!! hehe
What a pretty pizza! So artistic!
Oh wow I want that pizza now!
That pizza gets amazing! Your work is awesome 😉
oh my goodness. I need to work with you! that pizza and bread looks SO good
Okay, so your “work family” gets pizza and fresh bread. Your “home family” gets fish taco’s?
Something is rotten in Denmark!
But Tony, they are “beer battered” fish tacos – you like those!
