I used 2 ounces of last night’s steak and added it to my egg white spinach sammie – so good! Of course, I had to add 1/2 ounce sharp cheddar and splashes of Tabasco!
Today is our Jillian work out day. I haven’t done that since LAST Wednesday! It will be interesting to see my 60 day stats on Saturday without doing Jillian’s 30 day shred every day. I am thinking of doing the 30 day shred challenge the month of June – we’ll see!
Lunch is going to be delicious! Spaghetti Squash Quinoa Lasagna! My cheese filling is a cottage cheese/egg white mixture – but the best part is that a GIANT serving is 448 calories and 10.5 grams of fat!

Damn girl! You do SUCH a great job stretching your calories to make something inventive and tasty!! Weight Watchers should hire you to write recipes!! (My mom did WW and was AMAZINGLY successful, she cooked and ate a lot like you!!!)

I realize after reading your post, I need to change what I eat. I’m getting bored eating the same thing, which isn’t good because then I’ll end up binging on something I shouldn’t.
