While it took a while to cook, it was worth the wait! We used this homemade barbecue sauce, which is so good! I used olive oil to just do a light rub to hold the seasoning before the bbq sauce went on, came in to empty the dishwasher and then thought – oh no – flame up! I got to it in the nick of time!
We have four burners on our gas grill, so I turned the two outside burners on high, had the middle ones off, and kept the turkey in the middle – perfect!

I used the microwave to make the baked potatoes and then finished them off on the grill:
I have a new peeler that makes ribbons and made zucchini pasta as our side dish, with a bit of fresh grated parmesan cheese:
I just finished watching the next to last American Idol and I am torn! I still think I am going with Adam – he was the most original contestant the whole season long!
Off to make a spaghetti squash spinach lasagna for lunch tomorrow – see you then!
