With the restaurant closed that I wanted to go to, I decided that we go to Biaggi’s for a late lunch.  Um, turns out that ALL restaurants are busy on mothers day!  So we ended up having to eat at the bar, which Hannah felt awesome doing by the way!   I didn’t mind though, because the bar area was not busy.

Being an Italian restaurant, of course there was olive oil and fresh parmesan and crusty bread brought to us!

On the way home, we stopped by the grocery store, we didn’t have a whole lot to get.  Of course I had to stock up on my baby spinach to get me through the whole week!

Since we ate lunch so late and I had chicken tenders I needed to cook up, I decided on making grilled chicken chopped caesar salads for dinner.

When we got home from the grocery store, I got to do one of my favorite things – take a nap!  I am notorious for taking naps during family holidays.   All of a sudden, people would look around and say “where is Biz?”  I’d be napping!  I didn’t nap long, maybe 45 minutes, but I had the bedroom window open and a breeze was blowing over my face – perfect napping weather!

We are watching the season finale of The Celebrity Apprentice – a 3 hour finale, so we are going to fast forward and end up watching the show in about an hour!
