Wow, I’ve been so busy at work today, just taking a quick break. I knew I wouldn’t have much time today and promptly forgot my camera at home! But you know me by now . . . I had an egg white/spinach sammie for breakfast and a flatout sammie with tomato soup for lunch – uneventful!
Day 20 of 30 day shred is complete! I talked my co-worker into doing level 3 today and it was still really hard, but I was able to do the whole beginner side without stopping. I mean, I am only on day 20 and the Biggest Loser people are on like day 120 – just imagine where I’ll be then! 😀 (Hopefully wearing a cute dress and heels!)
Break is over – come on back tonight for traditional Cincinnati Chili (three ways!)

I have to ask, what is traditional Cincinnati Chili? I have been to Cincinnati several times, and have had several good bowls of chili, but they were all quite different (and all good!).
No chunks of tomatoes, and the raw beef gets cooked with the sauce, not cooked on the side and added in at the end.
Always served on spaghetti – with different “ways” = added beans, added cheese, diced onions (no!), plus the cinammon/allspice mixture is key. Hope that helps! 😀
