I threw dinner together pretty quickly, and decided to ditch the zucchini and make dinner simple. But first I have to show you Nurse Hannah’s work: I cut my finger with a sharp knife while cleaning up – do you have any idea how hard it is to type without one finger??
So my burger was 2 ounces ground sirloin, 2 ounces bulk Italaian sausage, 1 light bun, .8 ounce provolone and 1/4 cup marinara sauce:
After my sister-in-law left, and after I finished cleaning the kitchen, I did Day 5 of 30 day shred! Today I did Level 1, but the advance (Natalie) side – all except for those damn push-ups – I had to do those on my knees!
