While I made Hannah and Tony’s dough the usual, I decided to try a mix of whole wheat and rice flour for my dough – its still a work in progress, but I am close – and I like how much fiber I get too!
But before I get to that, I thought I almost wasn’t going to get the Shred in today! Work was non-stop all day and at the end of the day I thought I could run downstairs to the gym before coming home, but THEN had to drop a package off at FedEx for work! So I came home after that. I had Tony help me hook up our extra DVD player in the back room next to the kitchen, and had Hannah as my chef getting the pizza stuff together while I worked out!
I had her saute the shrimp for Tony’s pizza and as I am doing jumping jacks, she brings over the pan and says “does this look done to you?” as the smell of fresh garlic hits my nose! Then I had her warm the water in the kettle for the pizza dough, and chop all the toppings and it was a HUGE help. When I got done all I had to do was make the dough and we were ready to go!
So I started Jillian at 6:05, finished at 6:27 and all three of us were eating our individual pizzas by 7:00 – faster than delivery!
Here is Hannah’s:
