I believe there are only two camps when it comes to goat cheese – you either love it or you hate it! I love it! When I was at the store last week I saw an 11 ounce log (nice!) and I thought it was marked $3.89. Well, when I got home I was looking over my register receipt and it was $12.89!
I contemplated taking it back, but it’s good until May and I will definitely use it! I saw it this morning when I was putting my lunch together and decided to make another apple/goat cheese/bagel.
I plan on doing the 30-day shred at lunch today. The gym in my building has a dvd player – I just hope no one else is down there though! Come on back for Pam fried chicken tacos for lunch!
Happy Friday too!
I like goat cheese, but yikes, $12.89. Just enjoy it. 🙂
Wow, that looks YUMMY. I adore goat cheese.
Yum! I love goat cheese!
That sounds like an awesome combination!
You really do have the best eats! And HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!! Loved all the pictures.
I hate it when that happens, but I love goat cheese! I’m sure it will be worth it in the end.
I’m just catching up on blog land so happy late birthday! Sorry dinner was a bust, but you got some great gifts!
That’s an expensive cheese!! Looks good though!
holy cow, what a fantastic idea!!!
I’ve had goat cheese with cranberries on salad and i remember it being such a nice… DIFFERENT aspect – both texture and taste 😀
I am firmly with you in the love-the-goat-cheese camp! Love it on my Mediterranean pizzas. Plus it is only 2 WW points per ounce while many cheeses are 3.
I am definitely going to try out that bagel idea. Yum!
Is goat cheese kinda dry? I think I’ve had it before, but I don’t think I especially liked it. Although that bagel looks mighty tasty!
There are different types of goat cheese – this particular one is very creamy! And when its warmed up it gets even creamier! 😀
*whispers* I don’t think I’ve ever had goat cheese. I need to!
What a yummy breakfast!
I love tacos so i can’t wait to see your lunch!
Yummy cheesy meal as usual loving it 🙂
