I tried to work out today, but my cough is coming back – uugghh!  I think I may have to call my doctor again.

I love the beginning of the week because we have lots of veggies to chose from!  My combo today was red and green pepper, carrots and english cucumber.  I also had 1/2 cup of my Cincinnati Chili, and a half bagel sammie with 2 ounces of lean ham, .6 ounces swiss cheese and pickled jalapenos – yum!
