I tried to work out today, but my cough is coming back – uugghh! I think I may have to call my doctor again.
I love the beginning of the week because we have lots of veggies to chose from! My combo today was red and green pepper, carrots and english cucumber. I also had 1/2 cup of my Cincinnati Chili, and a half bagel sammie with 2 ounces of lean ham, .6 ounces swiss cheese and pickled jalapenos – yum!

I had some major ulcer problems last year and keep forgetting i can eat those now. I’ve never tried them just plain like that. I had some in an egg scramble last week that was delicious. I know i could be so much healthier if i ate more veggies and a lot less cake and fudge =)

I love the beginning of the week too, by Friday things are barren in my freezer and I’m resorting to frozen veggies…not bad but not the same as fresh!
I always think a plate of colourful veg looks much better than a plate of chips.
I saw loads of little espresso cups on my travels through charity shops and wanted to buy them, but had no use for them. You’ve just given me an excuse to buy them. Put dips and dressings in them. Thanks.
