Do the happy dance with me – I worked out at lunch! I ended up doing 30 on the elliptical, hill climb, then 5 minutes of abs and 5 minutes of s t r e t c h i n g. It felt so good! I’ll just have to walk my dog for 15 minutes tonight to get in the full 45 for the day.
Not sure which menu I am going to use tonight, I didn’t really pay attention to the sell by dates of the meat I purchased so that will be the deciding factor – probably wither chicken fried steak or fried chicken. See you for dinner!
