We had an appointment this morning, so late post!  Good news is Tony’s staples on his knee surgery were removed and now we move on the PT!  Yeah!

I made a very quick egg white, spinach, lean deli ham, 1/2 ounce swiss cheese sammie on a Panera whole grain bagel = yum!  This held me for a LONG time!  Probably the high protein?

 So I ended up taking 1/2 day off of work this morning, so I got to get moving with lunch and on my way.  The next post will be a lunch/dinner post!
