I was the only one in the fitness center at lunch – love when that happens! I have exactly 5 minutes left on my lunch, so this will be quick!
I ended up doing the elliptical machine, hill climb, and my new PR? Level 18 baby! I was a sweaty mess after that! 5 minute warm-up, 30 minute hill climb, 5 minute abs, 5 minutes of stretching.
Lunch:
- 1 corn tortilla
- 2 ounces chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons black beans
- 3 ounces red/yellow peppers
- 3 ounce baby carrot
- 2 ounce grapes
- 1/2 orange
- Ranch for veggie dip
- 351 calories
- 7.4 fat
- 50 carbs
- 10 fiber (!)
- 23 protein
