There were actual snow flurries on my drive home from work tonight – what’s up with that?! Although, its typical to be cold for Halloween! It was 38 degrees when I got in the car, and its supposed to get down to the upper 20’s tonight. Okay, I know I like fall and cold weather, but this is a bit too much too soon!
It was groundhog day dinner again tonight, as Tony is out of town. Plus, I bought a bunch of ground beef, so I think we’ll see more uses of ground beef this week. Last night was burgers, tonight tacos, maybe spaghetti and meatballs tomorrow?
And thanks to my mom for her banana peppers from her garden – yum!
I am off to make more Christmas biscotti for Tony. I thought I would add more nuts, since I had cashews and macadamia nuts. Tony’s response: “it’s already perfect don’t change a thing!”
Thanks again to Gina at www.fitnessista.com for this past weeks secret ingredient contest. Can’t wait to see what http://itzyskitchen.blogspot.com/ has picked for this weeks secret ingredient!
See you at breakfast!
Snow – How not good for this time of the year! Let’s hope it warms up a little by Friday.
It’s soup time!
They’re better with cinnamon.
Wow, snow?!? I think I might actually miss it this year. It’s my first year in Cali (I’m from the east coast). Weird. I never thought I would.
Wow, looks delicious!
I hope it doesn’t get colder soon. I like winter, but not now! 🙁
I miss you Tony! I did make two biscottis tonight – the Christmas Morning Biscotti and then I made Tofu Trail Mix Biscotti.
Wondering which one you will pick?! Sleep tight my love!
Snow? Everthing will now die. The doom of winter is on it’s way. It is snowing where I am in Wisconsin, and I am not happy. Tony is going to drink early tonight!
I couldn’t get over the snow this weekend either, it just seems too early!
SNOW?!?!?!?!?! So jealous!
