when I put it in my lunch box, but after I reheated it, it was another taco soup!  I thought I was done with those already!  I told you it made a lot!

So with today’s taco soup I have a spinach salad with cucumbers, baby carrots and my favorite Annie’s goddess dressing.

 Good workout at lunch.  I did 30 minutes run/walk adjusting the speed and the incline.  I was kind of clumsy, because the program I was following wanted you to change the incline like every 30 seconds.  It was too much to keep track of, so I alternated between 5.5 mph for the run at no incline and then the walk part at 3.5 at 5% incline.

Then I did 5 minutes of abs and 5 minutes of S T R E T C H I N G!

I am making the most of my ground beef purchase.  Sunday was burgers, last night tacos, tonight spaghetti and meatballs, and I am going to try and make Italian Wedding Soup for lunches.  Anyone ever make that before?

Then I’ll probably end up making a meatloaf for a meal down the road for Tony with the remainder of the beef.
