I just ran a couple errands at lunch and found myself next to Trader Joe’s.  I did a quick goole search before I left for their soups, and this one was ranked high on everyone’s list.  Organic Tomato Soup!  I like that it comes in a cardboard box, so it will last a while in the fridge.

Lunch

  • 1 cup tomato soup
  • 4 ounces red cabbage
  • 2.5 ounces romaine
  • 2.5 ounces cooked grilled chicken breast
  • 1 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoons Annie’s goddess dressing
419 calories, 19 fat, 5.8 fiber, 33 carbs, 30.5 protein

It’s dreary outside, I did not bring my workout clothes today (forgot to wash them and bring them back!) so I hope to hit Cardinal Fitness before/after dinner – I’ll see which Hannah wants to do. 

I think I prefer going before otherwise I might change my mind!
