I was going to run outside, but I only had a t-shirt in my bag, and its kind of chilly outside.  So I decided to go to the fitness center and watch Healthy Eats with Ellie.  She did a orange glazed and chipotle chili pork chop that looked amazing! 

Tony (my husband’s blog name!) doesn’t like sweet flavored meat, so I’ll have to save that one for me at lunch.

So I go down to the fitness center and realize I’ve forgotten my gym shoes!  I have my slip on shoes on, no one is there, so I figure I’ll just walk.  Well, 15 minutes in, 2 women show up (ham sandwich – I call her that because she is so skinny, she needs a ham sandwich!) and I look in the mirror only to see what a dork I look like in sweats and work shoes!

So I went into the other room and did the stair master for 15 minutes (61 floors!) and then 5 minute abs and stretching in just my socks!

Lunch:

  • 1 low carb wrap
  • 2 slices deli turkey
  • .5 ounce swiss cheese
  • dill pickles
  • spinach
  • cream of cauliflower soup (from my friend R. at work – SO GOOD!)
  • spinach salad with carrots, light balsamic, and pecans left over from waffle breakfast yesterday
  • Asian apple with cinnamon/splenda

I didn’t take Ed for a walk this morning because of work, so I’ll have to make it up to him tonight.  And guess what, I am not  having pizza tonight!  I had pork chops on the menu, but since I worked late last night, they got bumped to tonight – yum!
