I took a 20 minute walk with Ed this morning – sunny blue skies!  I took these pictures for my mother-in-law so she can see the leaves turning.  We are not quite there yet, but close!

I wasn’t too hungry this morning, but I have snacks for later if I get hungry.

Breakfast:

  • 1/2 jumbo english muffin
  • 1.5 ounce sliced apples
  • .6 ounces slice of Vermont extra sharp cheese (YUM!!)

This was only 168 calories, 6 fat, 2 fiber, 22 carbs and 7 protein!

I am going to try to run outside again today since its so nice out, and I know where my one mile turn around is!  See you at lunch!
