I love sleep. It doesn’t matter what time I go to bed, I always want more. But I decided that I needed to go to the fitness center in the morning again, since I have been walking Ed in the mornings, I haven’t been in over three weeks. So I got up early, walked him for 15 minutes, dropped Hannah off to school and did the elliptical for 30 minutes and then did 5 minute abs.
I plan to run outside at lunch (rain stay away please!).
It was dark out this morning!
Breakfast
- 1 low carb tortilla
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1/4 ounce of diced pepperoni
- 1/2 large apple with splenda and cinnamon
