The range of calories in sushi or Jananese food in general is all over the map. Whenever I used to look calories up, I of course took the lowest calorie item! Tonight, I think I guessed on the high side, but still came in around 1400 calories for the day.
And Joe came and met us for dinner – thanks Joe!
My daughter and I split fried tofu (AMAZING! – I will have to recreate that at home) and potstickers and I had one piece of her California roll. (We don’t do anything raw!)
I also had two Kirin light. So my whole dinner was around 700 calories and 24 fat.
