Anyone who knows me knows that I love snowmen. So for my snack this afternoon, I “borrowed” the snowman cheese spreader from my office kitchen. I’d steal it if they wouldn’t figure out it was me!
I found these crackers at Trader Joe’s. 22 for 1 serving! But they are tiny. I have half a serving on my plate. I also had two squares of the Ghirardelli chocolate – 1/2 serving was only 70 calories and 7 carbs.
It’s party pizza Friday. Off to make it. . .
