Another pretty day, but it won’t last – supposed to be a rainy weekend so I’ll enjoy it today!
No morning exercise since I am going to the fitness center with my daughter after dinner tonight.
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 2 ounce whole grain bagel
- 1 ounce turkey bacon
- 1/2 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 Italian plums
365 calories, 10 fat, 32 carbs, 2.6 fiber, 20 protein
Lunch time exercise:
- side lunges 3 x 15 each leg
- close grip pull down 3 x 15 at 20 pounds
- leg press 3 x 15 at 60 pounds
- holding plank (very hard!) 3 x 1 minute
- hammer curls 3 x 15 at 6 pounds
- jumping jacks 3 x 1 minute
- plank twists 15 each side
- jump rope 1 x 3 minutes (still hate this!)
- reverse crunch 3 x 15

I’m only on Week 2 if the C25K (ie. 2 mins walking/90 seconds running intervals), so I won’t be doing any actual 5Ks for a while yet. That is, if I even attempt to run in public after all this is done. I’m more of a hide-in-my-house treadmill girl. I should be done with the C25K on Halloween, but since it’s a long run, I might make it that Saturday morning instead of after work on Friday. After the C25K I want to try the OHR (One Hour Run) program. I have yet to look into that.
Your food looks yummy! I use egg starts (6-packs from Costco) almost every morning for the hubby’s breakfast. I microwave it in a sprayed bowl with some veggies and a slice of cheese and/or meat for about 4-5 minutes, and it turns into this handheld (in a baggie) omelet he can eat on the way to work.
