I LIKED THE MAHI MAHI! It didn’t taste fishy at all. There seemed to be a lot of oil in the package, so I just brushed a little on the top before I flipped it. Decided to skip the salad and made parmesan zucchini rounds with rice. Simple Monday dinner!



EXERCISE: yes! 40 minutes elliptical, 5 minute abs
BS: before workout 101. Ate 15 grams of carbs, no insulin and after workout 103. NICE!
